PHD Development LLC, a Florida Corporation, was founded in 2002. Our company has grown based on a commitment to South Florida Real Estate and a belief in its future.

The company has earned its way by developing and building new residential housing. We also acquire and rehabilitate distressed properties, both residential and commercial, and make them available for sale or rent.

The company's holdings have grown from the beginning and through the recession; today we have an inventory of hundreds of homes that have been leased, sold or available to potential customers. What's more we will continually acquire new property!

We continue to sell homes even during these difficult times because we provide easy owner financing. This is a huge advantage to you during these times of tight money. 

Let's face it, buyers are having a rough time. Banks are slow to loan money for a home purchase by people who have had their credit rating affected by economic conditions beyond their control. It is nearly impossible to obtain a mortgage for a condominium and good housing purchases disappear in the face of FHA difficulties.

We have a number of financing plans that are based on the amount of the down payment. We aren't a mortgage company; these plans are designed to get you into one of our homes until the mortgage market becomes stable and money is available to borrow. These loans are reviewed every seven years and can have longer or shorter terms. The important thing is there is no prepayment penalty; you choose the time when it is best to find alternative methods of financing.
